General

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all standard (non-personalised) items within 2-3 days. Standard delivery service is on Royal Mail 1st Class so items should be received within 1-2 working days of dispatch. For personalised stationery, we allow 7-10 days for your items to be made. For invitations, we allow up to 28 days for items to be made. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific information for each product.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your purchases as much as we loved making them! However, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchases, you can return your unopened and unused items within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on all personalised items unless they are found to be faulty.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We aim to be as green as we can. All cards are printed locally within the UK on FSC certified board and we use recycled envelopes for the majority of our products. Our lovely gift boxes are made from recycled materials too!

Where can I buy your products?

Our full range of products can be purchased through this website. We also offer a small range of our designs for sale through Not On The High Street.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Whilst we don't offer gift wrapping for every product, we do offer an option to select a gift box for any suitable products. Our luxury gift boxes make a lovely keepsake to house our cards. At this time, the gift boxes are only available in one size and therefore don't suit all products. The gift box option will only be displayed on the relevant product pages.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

No, sorry, at this time we are unable to offer gift vouchers.

Do you offer international delivery?

We are happy to send our products anywhere in the world! Please contact the studio to find out international delivery costs. Please note, there may be customs charges to pay depending where you live.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes! All our transactions are processed securely through PayPal.

 

Personalised Stationery and Invitations

Will I see a proof?

We do not send proofs for personalised stationery orders unless requested. If you would like to see a proof for your personalised stationery order, please request one in the comments box when you place the order. We always create a proof of personalised invitations and baby cards. Proofs are emailed within 24 hours of receiving your wording.

How do I send my wording or photograph?

For personalised stationery items, you simply enter your wording in the appropriate boxes on the product page when you place your order. For personalised invitations and baby cards, we will contact you by email to request your wording and/or photographs once we have received your order.

Can I make changes?

As personalised stationery items do not require a proof, please enter your wording carefully when you place your order as changes are unable to be made once the order has been placed. For personalised invitations and baby cards, a proof will be created and emailed to you. This gives you the opportunity to make one round of changes. Please read over the proof carefully checking all details, names and numbers before giving approval to print. Your items will not proceed to printing until you have given your approval.

I didn't order enough cards, can I have reprints?

We will keep your order on file for you. Should you wish to order more of the same design, please just place your order as normal. 

Do you offer samples?

We are happy to send samples of our invitations for a small charge of £5 per design. This can be used as a credit against any future orders placed, up to a maximum of £20. Samples are made to order and can take between 10-14 days.

Can I have my own design created?

Yes! We love to work on custom orders, please contact the studio to discuss your ideas and check availability.
