Personalised Stationery
If you choose to add personalisation to your order, your items will be custom made and will take a little longer than plain items. We aim to have all personalised stationery items creating within 10-14 days. Often it can be a lot quicker than this, depending on the number of orders we have at the time. If you need a personalised order in a hurry, please get in touch and we can advise a more accurate timescale for your chosen products.
Personalised Invitations
Good things come to those who wait! Our invitations take longer to create than our other personalised stationery products, as the materials required for each design are ordered in specially for each order. We aim to create personalised invitations within 28 days. If you are in a hurry and need your invitations quickly, it's always worth getting in touch to see if we have the materials in stock.
For personalised invitations, you will be contacted after placing your order to request the wording you would like printed. A proof of your design will then be created and emailed to you for approval prior to printing. This gives you the opportunity to check for any errors and double checking all the important information, names and numbers is correct. Once you are sure, the proof is correct and give approval, only then will your invitations be printed.
